My eye wont stop twitching, it can be a number of things, Dehydration, stress, bright lights, too much T.V., too much computer, to much squinting, too much caffeine, not enough electrolytes, not enough magnesium & nerves. I have tried a few things like drinking water, drinking Gatorade, eating nuts(magnesium) and taking a few breathers to try to calm down from any elevated stress situations. Its now day 6 and many web M.D. sites have stated doing things that will help alleviate the issue can still take up to 3 weeks to take full effect and fix this twitching problem. so i decided to unload everything i have done for the day into this blog. I figured instead of me trying to process all the information of my day i would put it on here so that i don't have to remember any of it. I started my morning with catching up on season two of Teen Wolf ;) painted my nails with the new Essie Butler Please from the holiday 2012 collection finishing it with the china glaze glow in the dark top coat. Then i showered, got dressed did my hair, put a little pink sugar hair perfume in ( I know, but it smells awesome, if you don't agree i hate you ) and situated everything i was taking in to work like my charger, binder with paperwork, lunch etc. once at work i checked the schedule and updated myself on things that happened before i was there and things that i needed to know for the rest of the day. After all that i got to sending out orders for our annual holiday open house which is right around the corner "Dec. 2nd". I went to lunch and on my lunch i let out my puppy Relais, who decided it wasn't time to go potty even when i stood outside for about 30 mins of my lunch. i headed back to work wrapped up on orders and started creating a teaser flyer for the open house. finally i came home let out my puppy who finally "you know" and now i'm here online breaking the "lower my time on the internet" portion of my mission to stop the eye twitch.. but i already feel a little better and a little less stressed. If anyone has any other ideas or ways they think they can fix me, LET ME KNOW because this is truly annoying! xoxo The Real King Bob

I'm always a fan of new products, but one type of product in particular, BODY WASH... till this day i have not found a body wash that i can actually say i loveLOVE... some are too drying, some have so much fragrance my sensitive skin has a reaction, and some dont exfoliate enough... My problem is that i have sensitive skin that needs a strong exfoliation and intense moisture... so i was at ULTA the other day and came across a line for men (and i do believe women) called BILLY JEALOUSY.. i dont typically like products that are geared towards guys, its usually the fragrance im not a fan of, but i did see a body wash that caught my eye.. its called "SALAD DAYS" i googled the term and this is what i came up with: ""Salad days" is an idiomatic expression, referring to a youthful time, accompanied by the inexperience, enthusiasm, idealism, innocence, or indiscretion that one associates with a young person. More modern use, especially in the United States, refers to a person's heyday when somebody was at the peak of his/her abilities—not necessarily in that person's youth." The product itself when i read that back had properties that i feel would suit my needs, here is a description i read on the bottle as well as the ingredients:
SALAD DAYS BODY SCRUB Exfoliates, moisturizes and smooths 16 oz / 473 mL Reclaim those long-ago days of youthful exuberance with Salad Days Body Scrub. Jojoba Esters scrub away at pores, sweeping off pesky dead skin cells. Natural lime, lemon and orange fruit extracts soften and moisturize skin. Foaming lather rinses away, leaving skin clean, polished and renewed. Helps prep the body for self-tanning, if you're into that sort of thing. Directions Rub over your wet body into a nice lather and then rinse. Use a few times a week. For best results follow with Billy Jealousy's Sake Bomb Body Moisturizer. Key Ingredients• Jojoba Esters: Exfoliate dead skin cells • Sage Extract: Purifies and tones skin • Peppermint Extract: Antioxidant; moisturizes and stimulates circulation • Aloe Vera Gel: Soothes, softens and moisturizes • Lemon, Orange and Lime Extracts: Nourish and refresh skin ColorLight Blue ConsistencyGel ScentSage, citrus, mint and patchouli accords IngredientsWater, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Polysorbate 20, Polyethylene, Triethanolamine , Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate, Glycerin, Fragrance, Jojoba Esters, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Extract, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Extract, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Tetrasodium EDTA, Diazolidinyl Urea, DMDM Hydantoin What i really liked when i read what it consisted of was that it used jojoba beads to exfoliate the skin, this technique allowed a strong exfoliation and removal of dead skin cells without scratching the surface off the skin, jojoba beads are round and they roll off the dead skin rather then scraping them off like an apricot scrub would. Also its a great prep for self tanning because its a gel based body wash that wont leave too much oil/cream moisture on the skin so that your self tanner can apply evenly. I am 5 mins away from taking a shower and testing the product out wish me luck, and don't be JEALOUS! |
